  1. What motivates you to strive for success in your career?

My parents had me when they were very young. Seeing them grow and be successful in their careers has motivated me to lead the same path. I hope that one day my future kids will look up to me the same way I’ve always looked up to them.

  1. What does being an employee owner mean to you?

The hard work we are all putting in will reap rewards for us in the future. We are in this together, and every dollar earned and penny saved means so much more. It really makes me feel like I’m a part of something big.

  1. Over the next 12 months, what are some goals you'd like to achieve?

Professionally, I’d love to make zero-time-to-fill the new normal for all of Eastridge’s key positions. In my personal life, I’m saving up to get in the driver’s seat of the new Ford Bronco. Have you seen that thing?! The Classic Bronco has always been my dream car, so the new one will do!

  1. What’s a fun fact about you that people may not know?

I taught myself how to play guitar in middle school and used to write music. Once I had roommates in college, I stopped playing as much. They enjoyed when I would play, but they never wanted to hear me practice… Now, my guitars are hung up on my walls, so I have been playing a lot more lately.

  1. Who inspires you most and why?

My parents. They didn’t have it easy growing up and worked so hard to give their children the lives they wished they had. Both of them have become very successful in their careers and are living out the dreams they have always talked about.

  1. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Fail fast, learn fast. Everyone fails sometimes. It’s what you learn from those failures that makes you go from good to great.

  1. What are you most excited about at Eastridge this year?

Eastridge’s 50th! Even though we have been around for half a century, I feel like this is just the beginning of something great. I’m really hoping we can celebrate in-person, too, because I’ve only heard stories about how amazing company-wide events are at Eastridge.
