I would like to nominate Veronica Martinez for her outstanding performance. Aside from having excellent attendance for the 2 years I have worked with her, she is respectful of others and has shown the ability work well individually as well as with small and large groups. Veronica has a go-getter approach to life, and has taken the initiative to ask for more job knowledge which has resulted in her being certified in 5 of our seven job processes, and has had zero quality issues. Additionally, she is always the first to volunteer herself for overtime and to help out in other sites. When challenged with a complicated process, Veronica has shown the self awareness to recognize her challenges, and has requested support when it is needed. During downtime, Veronica looks for a way to be useful. She helps decontaminate material, cleans and stocks the gowning room, completes 5s projects, takes out the trash, and was also key in completing our kanban process for material. Veronica is the ideal example of the type of associate I look for, and I can't stress enough how much I appreciate her hard work and dedication. She has been a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to converting her when given the opportunity. Thank you Eastridge for connecting us with Veronica!
