Eastridge Workforce Solutions is proud to announce our 2021 non-profit charitable partnership. This year, we will be making a donation on behalf of our clients and employees to the World Central Kitchen, as they continue to support those who are struggling with meals.

World Central Kitchen (WCK) is an organization committed to providing meals in the wake of devastating natural disasters. Founded in 2010 by world renowned chef José Andrés, this humanitarian organization focuses on local and smart solutions for hunger and poverty. WCK utilizes their chefs to empower people to be part of the solution – with a focus on health, education, and jobs. WCK currently works in the U.S., Haiti, Zambia, Dominican Republic, and Nicaragua. It was Eastridge’s Chief Legal Officer, Erin Medina, who brought WCK to the table for this year's partnership. “World Central Kitchen has been providing food, supplies, and hope to millions of individuals around the world during times of great need.  Eastridge wanted to contribute to the inspiring mission and purpose of World Central Kitchen and the tremendous work done by Chef José Andrés and his organization for individuals around the world that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and recent natural disasters”, says Erin Medina.

We are honored to join World Central Kitchen’s mission and help support their dream of envisioning “a world where there is always a warm meal, an encouraging word, and a helping hand in hard times.” To learn more about World Central Kitchen and its mission, visit  https://wck.org/
