Throughout the year, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside organizations committed to building strong teams and creating meaningful change. That same commitment extends beyond the workplace. Giving back is a core part of who we are at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, and this holiday season, our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) proudly led initiatives to support nonprofits making a real difference in our communities.
BLACK at Eastridge
Supporting Education and Advancing Justice
This holiday season, BLACK at Eastridge is proud to support organizations that expand opportunity and promote equity. Through donations to Black Girls Code, the ERG is helping open pathways to technology education for young Black girls, empowering the next generation of innovators and leaders.
In addition, support for the Equal Justice Initiative helps advance justice by addressing racial inequality and reforming the criminal justice system. Together, these organizations reflect BLACK at Eastridge’s commitment to education, advocacy, and long-term systemic change.
LGBTQIA+ at Eastridge
Creating Safety, Belonging, and Community
LGBTQIA+ at Eastridge is giving back by supporting organizations that provide safety, resources, and connection for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Donations to the Ali Forney Center help provide housing and supportive services for homeless LGBTQ+ youth, particularly during a season when stability and care matter most.
The ERG is also supporting The San Diego LGBT Community Center, a cornerstone organization offering health services, advocacy, and community programs that foster inclusion and belonging year-round.
Hispanic Hearts at Eastridge
Uplifting Children and Strengthening Families
Hispanic Hearts at Eastridge is focused on supporting children and families through education, resources, and advocacy. This holiday season, the ERG is donating to Save the Children, helping ensure children have access to education, nutrition, and emergency support when they need it most.
Locally, support for MANA de San Diego helps empower Latina women and families through leadership development, education programs, and community resources, strengthening the fabric of the communities we serve.
Women of Wonder at Eastridge
Supporting Safety, Healing, and Stability
Women of Wonder at Eastridge is spreading holiday generosity by supporting organizations dedicated to the safety and empowerment of women. Donations to Franciscan Peacemakers help provide advocacy and healing services for women impacted by trauma and exploitation.
The ERG is also supporting the Women’s Resource Center of San Diego, which offers critical services including domestic violence support, counseling, and housing assistance, helping women and families find stability and hope during the holidays and beyond.
AAPI at Eastridge
Investing in Advocacy and Community Strength
AAPI at Eastridge is proud to support The Asian American Foundation, an organization dedicated to advancing equity, safety, and prosperity for Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. Through advocacy, research, and long-term investment, this support helps strengthen AAPI communities nationwide and reinforces the importance of representation and belonging.
S.E.R.V.E. at Eastridge
Honoring Service Through Support
S.E.R.V.E. at Eastridge is proud to give back to those who serve our country by supporting Feeding San Diego’s Feeding Heroes Program. This initiative provides meals to service members, veterans, and military families, ensuring access to nutritious food during the holiday season and throughout the year.
