Eastridge Workforce Solutions Appoints Shelton Guinn to Board of Directors

Guinn is a Partner at L. Maxwell, where he leads the firm's Chief People Officer Practice, advising CEOs, boards of directors, and private equity sponsors on executive leadership, organizational transformation, and talent strategy. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations navigate growth, complexity, and change by aligning leadership, culture, and workforce strategy with long-term business objectives.

Prior to joining L. Maxwell, Guinn spent more than two decades with Allegis Group, holding senior leadership positions during the company's evolution into one of the world's largest talent solutions organizations. He later served in executive leadership roles at Innova Solutions, partnering with executive teams to strengthen organizational effectiveness and drive business performance through people-focused strategies. His experience advising leadership teams across high-growth organizations makes him a valuable addition to Eastridge's Board as the company continues expanding its workforce solutions and delivering strategic value to clients nationwide.
