Eastridge Workforce Solutions is proud to sponsor the 12th annual Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Summit on September 19-20th, 2016 at the Red Rock Casino in Las Vegas, NV. CWS Summit provides contingent workforce strategies for professionals in human resources, procurement, IT, or category management.
Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the event host, is a global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions. SIA provides insights into the services and suppliers operating in the workforce solutions ecosystem, including staffing firms, managed service providers, recruitment process outsourcers, payrolling/compliance firms, and talent acquisition technology specialists.
The summit consists of two full days of networking with peers, human resources, procurement buyers, and VMS/MSP partners. Attendees will have the opportunity to sit in on several sessions on topics ranging from managing co-employment to contingent workforce risks. Other events include the preview of the latest innovations in the human cloud and the overall impact on talent supply and performance.
Keynote speakers include Barry Asin, President of Staffing Industry Analysts, and Kate Vitasek, Business Consultant and CEO of Vested®. Attendees will also have the opportunity to sit in on round table discussions. Eastridge will be participating in the round table discussions, focusing on the topic of “Establishing a Contingent Workforce Program” on Monday, September 19th.
At CWS Summit, SIA will also be holding Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) classes. CCWP is an elite accreditation program designed for HR, procurement, workforce solution professionals, staffing providers, and others who manage corporate contingent workforce staffing.
Eastridge is excited to attend CWS Summit and unveil its new self-managed MSP program. The Eastridge team will be in attendance to show demonstrations of the innovative technology and help organizations determine whether a traditional or self-managed MSP program is a better fit for managing their contingent workforce.
