The annual recognition honors emerging leaders under the age of 40 who are making significant contributions to the staffing and workforce solutions industry across the United States and Canada.
Now in its 10th year, SIA’s 40 Under 40 recognizes professionals who are helping shape the future of staffing through innovation, leadership, and measurable business impact. This year’s honorees are leading organizations through rapid workforce transformation while embracing new technologies and maintaining a people-first approach.
Levine was recognized for his leadership of Eastridge’s strategic accounts group, where he oversees several of the company’s most important partnerships across the manufacturing and technology sectors. Under his leadership, the team achieved triple-digit revenue growth in the past year, more than doubled gross profit, and reduced operating costs by more than 10%, with growth expected to exceed 60% again this year.

Levine has been with Eastridge for more than 11 years and has played an instrumental role in expanding enterprise partnerships and driving operational excellence. As organizations navigate increased workforce demands fueled by advancements in AI and technology, Levine has focused on helping clients scale effectively while maintaining strong business outcomes.

Beyond his client leadership, Levine was a founding member of the Eastridge Advisory Board and Excellence Award Committee. He has also served as a mentor through the American Staffing Association’s Mentor Match program and volunteered with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
