San Diego, CA — Eastridge Workforce Solutions announced today that CEO Rodrigo Alcaine has been named to the Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) 2026 Staffing 100 North America list, which recognizes industry leaders whose work is significantly impacting the workforce and staffing ecosystem.
Now in its 15th year, the Staffing 100 North America list highlights executives who are advancing their organizations through innovation, technology, and strong leadership. According to SIA President Ursula Williams, the 2026 honorees are “driving change with intention” while setting vision, executing strategy, and building high-performing cultures.
Under Alcaine’s leadership, Eastridge Workforce Solutions implemented Eastridge Connect, a new applicant tracking system designed to improve operational efficiency and deliver data-driven insights. While implementing these initiatives, Eastridge generated double-digit growth during a post-divestiture transformation amid a challenging economic environment. Alcaine has led the organization through digital transformation and optimization with a clear vision for the future of work.
Beyond Eastridge, Alcaine serves as an advisor to a staffing technology firm, mentors through the American Staffing Association, and is a founding member of the U.S. Staffing Leaders network with TALiNT Partners.
“I’m honored to be recognized and deeply grateful for the Eastridge team behind the work. To be included alongside so many respected leaders in the industry is humbling,” said Alcaine. “Leadership is a responsibility, not a title, and I’m proud of the momentum we’ve built together as we continue raising the bar for our clients, candidates, and people.”
The 2026 Staffing 100 North America list is sponsored by Indeed, and the full list of honorees is available online through Staffing Industry Analysts.
